MAKING A RESERVATION

Select your Gateway Parks location and choose the session date and time. Upon checking out enter your season pass code to complete your reservation.

We have a set of rules that must be followed by season pass holders!

• In order to use the season pass correctly, pass holders must reserve and show up to the reserved session time! If you reserve a session time, but do not show up for your session time, you will be charged the price of the reserved time. 

• The season pass is only for one individual and is non-transferrable. The season pass holder must bring identification showing ownership of the pass to the ticket office..

• Season pass holders are only able to book one session per day. If the session after the booked session is not full or near max capacity, pass holders will be allowed to stay for the next session! 

• If there is a violation of these rules, we reserve the right to revoke the season pass and remove all future days booked with the season pass.
