Gateway Parks is committed to accommodating all customers in regards to our response to COVID-19. We have taken guidelines provided by state and local authorities including the Central District Health (Please see link below) and implemented safety strategies and measures throughout the entirety of our establishment.
Social distancing and face coverings are suggested for all customers. Please defer to the attached safety guidelines from the Central District Health for additional details and information.
Gateway Parks’ primary objective is a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our customers and employees. Please note that Gateway Parks is unable to legally and logistically require some of our employees to wear face coverings for a wide variety of reasons, both health related and otherwise, rendering a face covering mandate beyond our ability.
What we are doing to stop the spread of COVID-19:
– Sanitizing all equipment and surfaces (including tubes)
– Limiting guests in each session
– Practicing strict sanitizing protocols in all food prep areas, offices and bathrooms
– Mandating that sick or exposed employees stay home
